I can't edit my own posts?

Hello I am a GM for a game and we use Obsidian Portal but now I can't edit my own posts? Yet i can edit the post of my players? How do I fix this I need to edit a mistake on the forums.

Add another post to that forum, say with nothing but the word "text" in it.

 

After posting, you delete your test post.

 

Oddly enough, you should be able to edit the post you wanted now.
