What do the colours of the player icons mean?

I noticed that one player in my campaign is blue while the others are grey. Is there any significance to this?

Hi Dave,

Odds are that he updated his profile picture with that picture. And your other players didn't there profile pictures.

You can take a look at my players they each have personalized profile pictures so none of them are the grey colored icon.

I meant the Player icons Carl, not the character icons.

That what i'm talking about the small little icons. Those are tied to your profile picture. 

Take DSMfive's profile picture for example

The green bioscanner picture. That is his profile picture while the character icon is different depending on the campaign he is in. For the X-Com campaign it is a Jamaican smoking a joint.
