Is there a document/thread for the latest formating tool (Ribbon at top of pages)?

I haven't done a lot with the new formatting options. One thing in particular I wanted to do was fill the page with a color (like all black with purple text). Is that still done with a textile command?

Are you talking about the CkEditor? I would highly advise against using it for any but the most basic of sites.  The texttile editor is far more powerful.

Are you looking to fill a single page with black and purple text or are you looking to do say all your wiki pages that way?
