Why do fonts show up in the editor but not on the actual page?

I'm creating a new campaign, and in the editor it has buttons I can press to underline things or change the font of my text. When I click the button, the font appears to change, but when I click save changes and then load the actual page, all of the text is the same font. Also, insead of underlining the text I wanted underlined, it just puts "<u> and </u>" around it. You can see what I'm talking about here:

I'm guessing you are using the CkEditor rather than the texttile editor?

You can see under Settings and Advanced

For some reason the CkEditor is parsing your <u> and </u> into &lt;u&gt;First Contact&lt;/u&gt;

You might want to make a ticket regarding this.  The CkEditor is relatively new to the site, so it still has issues.

Personally, I use the texttile editor. It may not be as user friendly, but it works perfectly and with a bit of time and knowledge you can build things for the most part exactly how you like it.
