GM/ Player cannot edit NPC in tracker

The Campaign NPC Tracker is "here" "http://67.207.129.22/campaign/nentir-vale/npc-tracker":http://67.207.129.22/campaign/nentir-vale/npc-tracker
I added an NPC [[:7505| Kradon Olsgaard]] but a player in my group cannot edit it.
He also added a new [[:8086]] that I cannot edit.
This makes things difficult because I (GM) cannot store GM Notes on the NPC, plus there may be confusion.
I am recieving no obvious error messages.
I am using Firefox 3.0.1 on kubuntu and I think my friend is using some version of IE (likely IE7 since he is on vista)
Please advise if more information is needed.

Does anyone have an idea of what coul dbe causing this?
Just a little curious, not sure if I did something wrong or not...
