Customer Support helpdesk issues
Hi all,
We're aware that there might be some technical issues preventing some users from access the "OP helpdesk":http://help.obsidianportal.com
If you have difficulty accessing it or need help resolving a technical issue with OP, you can mail me direct at [email protected] till we have this resolved.
I will usually respond within a few hours on weekdays.
It might take 2-3 days to get the helpdesk working correctly again, depending on what we need to fix.
Will post an update once the situation is resolved.
