Changing mail, but get no mail

I change my mailadress,save it, but get no mail to verify.

Please help!

I would suggest opening a help ticket so that the support folks can see and track your issue. You can do that "here":http://help.obsidianportal.com/.

I know there has long been intermittent issues with email, so not sure on the current status.

@SLger - please file a "customer support ticket":http://help.obsidianportal.com, and we''ll have the tech team look into it.

If you make it a private ticket and include your email address you're trying to change it to, we can do more thorough testing.

Could you also do a search for emails from obsidianportal.com ?

Note that yahoo.com email address seem to have higher rates of emails being forwarded into the junk/spam folder.
