time function error

hello,

the following error message has appeared at the top of this page when I view it

Strict Standards: mktime(): You should be using the time() function instead in /home/obsidianportal/forums.obsidianportal.com/releases/20111102030424/themes/discussion.php on line 41

the error message repeats about a dozen times and then the rest of the page is as normal

does every one else get the same thing?

I got the same thing.

The site is all wonky! It seems like it SHOULD be a simple fix, but there again, I thought the same when we lost SEARCH FOR CAMPAIGN....!

fyi another site I go on had the same error.... fyi they fixed it in about three hours after I first noticed it; just sayin'

Alex posted about this "on the blog":http://blog.obsidianportal.com/update-on-issues-nov-9/, since apparently he's not able to post here at the moment. Not a fix, obviously, but at least they're aware of the issue.

@nikmak- The other site probably does not have over 100 pending bug reports either, dating back 2 years.

The comment box is not only out of alignment on this and a number of other pages but it's position seems to inveribly land right over the most significant response. Because of this I can't see the answer but I can see everyone saying "Great! That solves things. Now we know."

And now the bugs seem to be gone. The myriad of PHP errors are missing from the top of the forums and the comment box is back in the place it should be.
Call me an optimist - but I'm hopeful.
