time zone for calendar events

As DM, I set a session for 8 pm EST on a given Saturday. Why are my players seeing strange times on their end, like 1 am the next day etc?

My players encountered an issue that sounds very much like what you are describing, they had to update the timezone that was on their profile in order to get it to work.

Yep, this is normally due to the timezone on the profile being incorrect.
