Central City Stories is a character driven supers game. Stories have focused on the local street gangs and organized crime, international arms dealers and a lot of daddy issues. The tone of the game falls slightly dark but has moments of humor. The Metahumans Rising engine allows players to draw on their backgrounds and motivations to overcome challenges.
