Having trouble uploading images

I'm having trouble uploading pictures into the pathfinder character sheet on some of my characters. It's not confirming the image once it says it's uploaded and the image isn't staying once I save it.

Is anyone else having this problem and if so what have you done to fix it?

I think I get it to "stick" by clicking on the little picture after it uploads, the pic with the file size. Seems to "confirm" it somehow. Then immediately save for the character, without doing other edits.

I know that sounds vague, but it does work for me.
