Hortizontal Line Problems

Currently I am having problems with the "" command.

I need the following:

1) spacing reduced between the line and text to the normal text spacing
2) change the colour of the horizontal line
3) increase the size of the line to 2 pixels.

Suggestions?

try that for the formatting in your custom CSS (tweak colors and height to your pref)
