Redirection of Default Character Button on side Menu

OK, I am positive this was possible before the reforge, but I cnanot find anything on how to do this now.

What I am trying to do is simple, I think. I'd like the Character Button from the default Menu, to redirect not to the default Character Page, but to one of my own design. Anyone know how to do this?
