Co-GMs cannot invite players

Have promoted a friend of mine as Co-GM of a Rifts d20 campaign that he will actually be running, we're just using my OP pages for all the game-data and such. However, when he sends the invites out to the other players (mix of OP users and not), none of them get any of the invitation emails.

When I do it, as "main" GM, then it seems to work just fine. Are Co-GMs not supposed to be able to invite players into a campaign?
