How come the Items Page isn't on all Campaign types?

I wanted to put down details of a horn my players found, we're running a small little RPG called Wildlings, so no real support on the game, but how come I don't get an items page? I have it for my Pathfinder campaign page.

There's a checkbox for it in the campaign settings in the advanced section (It says "Show Items Section"). As I understand it, the Portal folks are planning on not supporting the items section any more and are encouraging people to put that stuff in the wiki section instead.
