How many campaigns?

At the time I signed up for OP, non-Ascendant users were permitted two campaigns, and I created two wikis.

For a couple of of years, I was an Ascendant member, and I added a third campaign. Once I was no longer Ascendant, I couldn't edit or create new pages for "the third campaign":https://space-truckin.obsidianportal.com/.

I have since deleted one of the earlier campaigns, leaving me with just two campaigns again; however, I still cannot edit the pages of the (now) second campaign.

Do non-Ascendant OP users still get two campaign wikis, and if so, is it possible to 'unlock' my second campaign so that it can be edited again?
