Can't Downgrade or Deactivate Account
None of the options in the FAQ for canceling/downgrading an Ascendant Membership are showing up. My Ascendant Membership tab indicates I am a Reforge Kickstarter Backer but there is no option to downgrade to neither a basic account nor a way to deactivate the account.
I'd like to know what the steps are for completing this for when the time comes that I need to avail myself of it.
