FIXED: Top rated characters should link to character page

Go to the character list page: http://www.obsidianportal.com/characters/list
Click on one of the "top rated characters" in the list on the right.
It takes you back to the list.

With 155 pages of characters in the list, it's probably better if linked to the character's page.

Good catch, i'll add it to the bug list.

We've been neglecting the characters (and items) and focusing more on the blogging/wiki tools for the main campaigns. We'll try to refocus on characters in the near future, but there's only so much time in the day!
