Mobile site gets stuck iPad

Is there anyway to link to the non-mobile version of the site or is it all back-end routed by cookies. About once every 24hours i have to re-choose the full site on my iPad. Usuall this is not an issue. However, sometimes it hangs on the rotating arrow and i cant get to anything because it never actually loads.
