PC Description/Crunch not visible

I have a player who has created their character sheet and a short biography and they all show up perfectly. They have also entered information in the Description/Crunch area and this is NOT displaying on the character page. The only way to see this info is to edit the character. Any way to fix this? Any ideas?

are you using a DST? Sometimes the DST use that area. Could you give a link to the character?

DST is what those character sheets you're using are called, and yeah thats why your crunch info isn't showing up - its being used to show that character sheet. Anything you want to show up below the char sheet will need to go in the bio section.
