I have tried to pay to be able to use more features to GM a game. Tried it 3 times, and still nothing. Is there a trick that I am missing? I input all the info, it says updating my subscription, then goes right back the same page I was on before, and I don't have any new options.

    What new options are you looking for? As I recall, there aren't any on your profile page -- try going into your campaign settings and choosing one of the campaign backgrounds, as that's an Ascendent-only feature and is pretty quick to check. If you aren't able to do that, it sounds like there's something wrong, and I don't know what that would be.

    Edit: Also, I love your profile picture + name.

    How did you pay? (Don't answer publicly). I looked at your profile and it does not read Ascendant, I would start by checking to see if your payment went through on the cards end. If so then it is probably just a site delay on the OP's part. If not then it was likely a tranmission error on the card holder's company part, they can reject for alot of reasons.

    When I did mine I got two confirmation E-mails from the OP:

    Hail Leonidas300,

    You have successfully signed up for a Yearly Ascendant Membership.

    Thanks for being awesome.

    If you have any questions, just reply to this email and we will be happy to answer them.

    Leonidas is dead on- place a bug report- Micah & Jerry are usually very good about fixing these issues.
