Crossover Campaigns

With so many great campaigns on OP, I wonder how many of you actually do crossovers. I have worked on one with "TolsimirWolfblood":http://www.obsidianportal.com/profile/TolsimirWolfblood bringing his "Avatar: The Last Airbender":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/avatar_adventures campaign to Star Trek Late Night. We have taken the world ov Avatar and made it a primitive planet in the Star Trek Universe. I have loved that series for years and Wolf's vision of the Avatar Universe is awesome. Thanks to his help I was able to create something unexpected for my players. Magic vs Super-tech is awesome and I look forward to exploring the crossover fully. I don't know where the story will lead but the posibilities are limitless.

I have a Shimring in homage to the great "Shimring Campaign":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/shimring which Twiggyleaf was nice enough to help me with.

Killervp must take credit for the idea but it is always something I had envisaged as Shimring is a campaign that in nature takes in all planes. Following his lead, I built in a page that explains the existence of SHIMDROPS and SHIMRINGS throughout the multiverse. If anyone wants to use such things to create their own items or artifacts, here is a "link":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/shimring/wikis/shimring-dragonshards to that page...

I'm going to be reaching out to a few DMs, including you two, about a major crossover game I've got on the board for when Ad Astra wraps up. The trailer should give you a good idea of where I am going with it

Epic savagery in your premise, I see.
I would be happy to help but within the Shimring concept after 3000 BC, physcial Gods are not permitted on Earth. Prophets and minor spirits may enter and of course, there is always the possibility of cataclysm in any place. If that works for you, I'd be happy to collaborate with backstories, concepts, etc.

    Excellent.

BTW, here is what I have in place as far as the relationship between different realities, as well as what exists in my campaigns for breaking those barriers. I'll be back to brainstorm a bit in this thread, just have a lot of IRL stuff that I need to juggle first.

Sorry, juggling a lot of contracts and personal stuff. Paying gigs and game design contracts have to come first, especially as bad as the economy has been. The crossover stuff is going to have to wait until the new year unfortunately.

I can be found on Google + most often which am keys Hangouts the best way to catch me on video. I usually only turn on Skype when I have a call scheduled.

    Happy whatever-midwinter-holiday-you-celebrate!

    I celebrate many
the end of the world, Yule, Winter Solstice etc. tomorrow
Hanukah, Quanza, Festivus, Christmas, and Barcus Day
New Years and whatever else might pop up.
I believe in celebrating life and joy and craziness rather than choosing a specific day.
So I wish you all a happy whatever
