Bug reporting buggy

I updated "my Glossary page":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/le-ballet-de-l-acier/wikis/glossary today, and after saving the page I discovered that all of my italicized hotlinks with a word containing an accented letter were no longer active.

Since my wiki contains a lot of words in French, this is a considerable problem, and not one I've had before today.

I went to the page to report the problem, and after five tries and two error messages I was unable to do so.

So now my wiki's borked and I have no way to let anyone know.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm looking into this now. I think I know what the problem is, but I'm not sure when I'll have a fix for it. Hopefully soon.

Okay, today I "updated a page":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/le-ballet-de-l-acier/wikis/normandie and now it appears that a hotlink with an apostrophe in it won't go active (see Côte d’Albatre, Forêts de l’Orne, and Pays d’Auge).

Sorry to keep bugging you guys with this, but it really affects my wiki.
