Wiki page names: issues with ' now?

Was there some sort of change on the back end that affects wiki pages with a ' in the title? I have pages named after places, some of which have ' in them, and suddenly if I edit links to these pages that worked before, they stop working and just print the slug name out in the brackets. However, currently existing links to those pages that are on pages that are left untouched continue to work. But the minute I go to add to those pages, the links stop working. What's going on?
