Tour Through Time

lordbaccus has been a GM/Storyteller for us for many years and for quite a while now we've been playing a Vampire the Requiem game that starts out early in the bronze age and will eventually progress to the present. On the way there are interactions of course with humans, but he also brings in Mage, Werewolf, Geist and every other imaginable entity.

We have done many "standard" modern day VTR campaigns but this is a bit of an experiment of experiencing kindred through the ages. He has done a great job with the campaign, seen here: http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/tour-through-time

We have done many innovative things, such as record locations through time as "Items", add recaps as usual but also some from PC perspectives, and of course many NPCs throughout time are commemorated in the characters section. We have made great and varied use of the site, so please do check and it out and give our heroic GM some props.

Savannah, right now I would trade with the weather anyway. I love the city of Portland though. I have been here since the 90s.

@Savannnah, which part of Oregon? I'm an Oregon ex-pat as well (from Gresham/Sandy, and did my undergrad at OSU).

@Texan, welcome to the Portal, and way to support your campaign man, you do your DM proud!

    Cheers,

I would strongly support this campaign in a bid for CoTM. It has such a bold premise, with the notion of vampires pivotal to the major powers of the ages, from ancient times in Egypt, Greece, Rome and beyond. No doubt plenty of scope for extension into our modern world and then even into the future. The pictures and the layout are excellent and having read through the entire section of adventure logs, I can certainly say that I was most impressed by it all. Bravo Lordbaccus and thanks, Texan, for introducing me to your world.
