Why is there no EASY to find information on turning of Auto Renew in the FAQ's Section?

I noticed that I was automatically charged a renewal fee, for Obsidian Portal - I didn't use it much (any) during my last subscription period (life got busy n all that,) and I am HAPPY to help out with the Obsidian Portal Project, however, I became curious as to 'how' I would turn off Auto Renew if I wanted to... so I went to the FAQ section, where there is a section called 'account' and looked there for any subject that looked like it would deal with the subscriptions -and found nothing... I have spent several minutes now searching for any information on subscriptions only to come up empty....

I get VERY frustrated with sites / programs that make it difficult, or 'hide' how to cancel, subscriptions - I can only assume that this is in hope's that people don't put forth the effort, to cancel, and they continue to be charged. Instead, what it creates is a paranoia amongst users about signing up for 'auto renew' subscriptions.

Please make an entry in your FAQ section about how to subscribe, and how to 'un-subscribe' I feel that it will help in the long run, and not make this endeavor look 'shady' (which it's not, of course - I love Obsidian Portal and what it is doing for the RPG community. I just want to feel like 'turning it off' is easy to do if I so desire... I get nervouse other wise.

Thanks, and also, can some one please point me to information regarding un-subscribing? I'm sure it's simple - I just couldn't find it.

Actually, it is really easy- but yes, it should be under FAQ. Just go to your profile, under membership. At the bottom of the membership page there is a link that reads Downgrade back to the free account. They really did not hide it...
