I just put up my first map on OP and am pretty happy with how it turned out. It's still a work in progress, but I wanted to put it out there for comments, constructive criticism and suggestions.

If you have a few moments, I would love to have you check it out and let me know what you think!

I apologize for the cut and paste... I'm not sure how to post links in forums.

The way to do links in the forums is =="Legends of the Middle Ages":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/legends-of-the-middle-ages/maps/show/28429==
It comes out looking like this "Legends of the Middle Ages":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/legends-of-the-middle-ages/maps/show/28429

Killervp, thank you for explaining how to put links in forums... Lets give it a whirl.

I don't think it worked, what did I do wrong?

WB -- when you post your map in the map section, look to the right.... There is a button to click that says "Add Marker" or something like that.... Then the edit tool pops up and you can go to town on it!!! Very user friendly I thought. Another reason that OP rocks!!!!

Hey yeah, that turned out really nicely Anthony. I like how you've got the larger region map to give you a reference point. Also, it is very clean and easy to reference. Nicely done!

    Cheers,

Anthony: You need to click textile on the bottom of your post (right above "Preview Post) for the links to work. And I like your map as well. Are you going to make separate maps for each region that you can see on the bigger map?

Everyone else: Any news on them fixing the map feature so you don't have to have a square image? It is still cutting almost a third of my map and I don't want to add notes to it and then have them update it and force me to do it all over again.

Ahhh yes, that was the ticket!!! Thank you Jaymes! Yes, I would like to do each county of England as I progress further into our game, but will have to pay for Ascendant to get more map access. I think it's limited to two.
