Custom navagation bar on Comments page

I've been putting together a custom navigation bar for a campaign, and I noticed that some campaigns on here have theirs on their comments page ("here":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/comments and "here":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/a-god-rebuilt/comments for example). How do you do that? I've been looking at my comments (and adventure logs, forum, maps, etc) page and trying to figure out where you would put the code.

Note: You must, must create a new site. Each banner is a different size, so download your banner into the test site, and play with it- if you go past dusks post you will see that I struggled with it for a while.

...maybe I'm being blind, but I don't see the answer there -- or was it just his comment that he thought the code had to be in the first comment when it can be in any comment (implying I should go comment on my campaign with the code)?

Also, do you happen to know about the Adventure Logs, Forum, Calendar, and Maps areas? Is there any way to change their navigation bar?

with the adventure logs and the fourms you can place an code in there to change the nav bar but it has to be in a post. Ive done that plenty of times. The calender and map bars i do not know of a way to change that. Same with the overall character page and the overall items page. you can change those on the individual items and character pages but not on the main page. I replace those with wikis myself
