Is there a way to set up the campaign so that anytime someone makes and update I, as GM, will get notice in a twitter post under my name? Email notification is fine but when you get dozens of emails it is easier to ignore them. With a twitter posting It would make me look as the message came in and would advertise the changes to my many followers. This is a win win for me and OP as it may drive more people to check out OP that might have missed it otherwise.
