Hello, I'm an aspiring illustrator, and I'm available to draw your PC portraits for you, if you fancy. I appreciate that there's some incredible artists around and that I'm not especially wonderful, but I thought I'd offer anyway.

You have some pretty excellent artwork there! I'm sure there are plenty of people more than willing to jump on your offer. (As I'm first to respond and have a distinct lack of PCs that would make good material, I'll defer to the others on the portal)

I have to say you do have a lot of variety in your work, which is quite impressive. I was particularly taken with the eye for composition that you have. "This":http://kiffyplaysdnd.deviantart.com/#/d4hssbw picture put in mind a very clear theme and tone immediately, as though a story was being told and each of the people had a very different level of involvement in it. I can actually see a small victorian "party" going on in the background. Also, Pocketwatches, vests and tailcoats. Huzzah!

I absolutely wouldn't mind taking advantage of your offer. My main character just recently crossed a threshold from paragon to epic tier, and I'd love to have him visualized by an artist, but have yet to approach anyone. If the concept intrigues you and you are actually interested in taking a crack at it, I'd be thrilled.

Our man is a middle-aged human rogue, perhaps early forties, with a missing left eye and a correlating scar running down to his chin. His slightly receding hairline and full beard is slick and well cropped, and he often keeps his fine leather armor clean and neat and slightly Victorian Gothic in theme.
Additionally he's just begun to transform into a shadow creature, and his features are slightly unsettling perhaps monstrous. He still appears quite human, but a closer look gives hints of some otherworldly touches.

Welcome to the Portal Horsecanswim, it is great to see some new artistic talent joining our ranks. About a year ago there was an artistic Renaissance that occurred within the forums, wherein many people within the community began posting their artwork and creating "WIP threads" to show the progression of their work. Since then things have sort of died out, which is really to bad. That said, I'm sure you will find many people here that would like to take you up on your generous offer of free artwork. I hope to see more of you around the Portal.

Thank you all for the lovely comments. Sadly the free slot has been filled, however, Rase, I LOVE the sound of your rogue, so once I finish the ones requested, I would be happy to have a go at drawing him for you (with no charge, of course.)

Rase, if only time allowed I'd love to bring it back myslef. Alas however, I'll be otherwise occupied with acadamia for the forseeable future. I was wondering if you could draw Asian equipment (weapons/armor/kimonos/etc)? I have a couple custom made items for my PCs and I would love to be able to actually show them what they look like.
