Staff of Tiamat?

Hey all you 3.5e players. Does anyone know of a magic item/artifact called something like a Staff of Tiamat? I remember seeing a picture of it (I think) but I cannot for the life of me remember what book it's in!!

I cant remember the book but for the game Eberron I picked up a magic item that was a staff called the "Talon of Tiamat" Here are the notes from my old character sheet:

h6. Talon of Tiamat (Staff made of dragon claw 7' long)
* The wielder of the staff may produce each of the breath weapon attacks once per day.
* The staff also acts as a +3 weapon that is unbreakable.
* *White:* A cone of cold 70 feet long; creatures within the cone take 12d6 points of cold damage.
* *Black:* A line of acid 5 feet high, 5 feet wide, and 140 feet long; creatures within the area of effect take 12d6 points of acid damage.
* *Green:* A cone of corrosive gas 70 feet long; creatures within the cone take 12d6 points of acid damage.
* *Blue:* A line of lightning 5 feet high, 5 feet wide, and 140 feet long; creatures within the area of effect take 12d6 points of electrical damage.
* *Red:* A cone of fire 70 feet long; creatures within the cone take 12d6 points of fire damage.
** Each of the breath weapons allow a *Reflex saving throw (DC 36)* for half damage.

I think what I was searching for was the "Chromatic Rod":http://www.realmshelps.net/magic/items/relics.shtml, however I may do a fusion of both artifacts with some random tweaks.
