So I know how to get to the photo section when I create a new character, but how to I get to it to just look at or rearrange?

What do you meen? Im afraid i dont quite understand what your trying to do

When you make a new character and add a pic the section where you have pictures you've already downloaded comes up. But I don't see
another way to get to the pics you have on the site.

Right click on the image, pick copy image location. That is the url of the image.

Sorry for not being clear before. I'll try again. How do I get to the Media library without creating a character?

in the top right corner as you edit the page there is a trip of stacked photos Right next to the moive tape thing just above where you put the code and content. Click on that and it brings up the media library
