Offline HTML / CSS Editors

Hey everyone, I am looking for a good offline editor for my obsidian portal stuff. I'd like to get it all looking right on my machine before I try uploading the code. This is really important especially since I am deployed and internet bandwidth and just plain getting some internet can be a pain.

If you're working entirely with HTML, you can use any text editor (I'm a big fan of "Notepad++":http://notepad-plus-plus.org/), and your favorite web browser to preview it. If you want to use Textile though, I'm not sure there's a really good option - you might be able to dig up a workable textile local preview tool of some kind, but that still wouldn't cover the features that are unique to Obsidian Portal itself.
