Embedded midi or mp3 files

So I've been trying various codes to have embedded in my home page, but none of them seem to work with this site. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good code that would allow me to have an autostart .mid file play when people visit my site. Or an mp3 file, it doesn't really matter. I just want to have some sort of old soundtrack, like from FF7 or FF9. You know, some music that would bring back a sense of nostalgia for my players.
