Player looking for 4th Edition online game

This would be my first online game, as well as my first fourth addition game. I'm looking to start a game at level 1, and see where it goes. I live in the state of Vermont, Northeast USA. My state is tiny, and as such there are not many local people wanting to play the traditional tabletop format. I'm looking to play over Vent, with some sort of virtual tabletop, or die-rolling simulator.

I also have a friend that would be interested.
