Character owner not showing true owner

I don't know if this is a bug, but I changed the owner of a particular character to another player and the list in the 'Party' section still shows me as being the owner of that character. The nickname of the other player is included in the 'Party' list but with no character associated.

I think the player might have to do something on their end after you change owner- like accept ownership or something. I'm not 100% sure, but I did something similar a while back and the character didn't switch over until after the player had logged in to OP again. I never asked him what he did, but I just assumed he had to accept the character or something.
