I messed up a table

I had a table of deities found on http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/ohm/wikis/deities . Somehow, and I didn't think I had even edited the page recently, I lost the internal columns. I can't add the code here, due to length. Any help is apreciated.

Update found the table its based on, http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/sanction/wikis/templates-and-tools/. If I copy and paste the example the same issue still happens.

Going back to Textile 3 will fix this
