Where do you get to be an Emissary?

I was just reading the list of potential achievements for forum members earlier and caught myself coming back again and again to the "Emissary" achievement. What sort of conventions and meetups does Obsidian Portal generally attend where a forum member such as myself could help out promoting the site and spreading the word to other gamers?

I'd be more than happy to help promote the site in any way I could as it's been a great community to be a part of.

Dyluth, I and a few of my players will be attending Pax East 2011, and I will be acting as an Obsidian Portal Emissary. Do you think you'll be attending Pax East in March? If so, it would be great to hook up with some fellow OPites for some wine, women and song (or, at the very least, a hearty handshake and a photo-op).
