Publishing Character

How do I publish a character so everyone can see it. I've already created it and made it all nice and pretty but I cant seem to find him in the search function. I've looked all around the editing area but cant seem to find "Public" button or "Publish" or anything that allows to me to do so.

How recently was your character made?

It may be a time thing, characters I made back in April are appearing now in the search,

but characters I made two weeks back still haven't become available in the search query.
