Activation Code not valid?

My sister has been trying to create an account here for about a half an hour- she's currently logged on, but she is telling me whenever she tries to activate her account, it tells her the activation code is invalid. Anyone else had this problem?

If she's managed to log in, then her account is activated. Maybe that's not clear enough. I guess there should be a "you're already activated" sort of message, since I have heard of this confusion before.
