Our group has played D&D 4e through Keep on the Shadowfell and Thunderspire Labyrinth. Pretty standard adventures, but what is unique is that after each session, we have faithfully written a narrative of the session. They are usually written from the point of view of a "scribe" recording the events for posterity. We also try to use different media, from straight narrative, to epic poems/songs, to "comic strips".
Some of them are funny, like the comic strip:

After we finished Keep on the Shadowfell, we collected the logs and self-published a book on Lulu. We're going to do the same thing for Thunderspire Labyrinth. And of course full credit is given to Obsidian Portal, for making all of this possible!
