I use a code to add an image to my page and change a division background inside the main background, a piece of it should work for what you need. Your content That results in a black background with white text, most regular color names…

Well, depending on how fast you swap in and out PCs it might be worth it to make your own and update it, I mean, the character tab kinda does what your asking to a point, but it shows the NPCs too unless they're marked GM only.
