That's definitely some enlightening stuff, Arsheesh. It seems that they put a lot of emphasis on population per acre, which scares me a bit because I haven't really learned how to visualize how big something is in relation to miles/meters. Such is t…

Thanks arsheesh. You are always wonderful for information. I just recently started an account over there since I've been trying to learn map making techniques, but I haven't had much time to dig deep into it. ______________________________________…

Link that works for the "pdf":http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DSVRYG1I files. This was available from the links provided on the 1d4chan site. (edit: this link is for the 4e version and not the generic version. Sorry, I missed the difference earlier.)

I also want to point out that I'm aware that as far as etymology is concerned, a thorp is merely another word for hamlet or even village, I'm just running numbers off of what the DM's Guide provides.

Yeah. On the crunch I was trying to just clear the previous information. Maybe it's just not working for me, but I was trying to change it in the bio field and not on the DST. Actually, I don't think the DST gave the option to change that text. I'm …

Hey Takissis, just wanted to let you know that it seems if I try to change anything in the crunch and fluff it doesn't save or transfer back over to the bottom of your sheet, just reverts back to the original save. That's the only thing I saw that d…

I will love you forever if you do. If you need any graphics or anything let me know and I'll do my best. I don't know how the dcs's work from a coding standpoint, but given a little time I can do graphics.

As is with all things, you have the thinkers, the doers, the dreamers, the tinkerers, and the followers. Sometimes they're one in the same and they become gods among men. ...I think I wept when I typed that.

Mana System for D&D3.5
October 2010
Ah we have never really played with psionics at all, so I never gave them much thought. As I've said, so far everyone seems to really enjoy the flexibility of it, but it definitely leads to some heavy damage after damage. Though once they've run out…

Alright, I've updated the wiki a bit to include the questions addressed here. Keep'em coming, and let me know if you've playtested the system at all, and how it's worked for you.

Haha indeed. New spells, new magical devices. We decided that if a spell raised your stats enough to get more spells per day you would gain that subsequent mana as well!

Quigley: The level caps are the same as they would be per level. The system is really for the actual CASTING of the spells, replacing spells per day with mana. They're still restricted to casting from the appropriate levels. And yes, that means that…

Indeed it does. Like I said, this system really allows for some hardcore flexibility for magic users. If you're wanting to run a balls-to-the-wall rulemongering campaign you definitely wouldn't want to use it. But if you like the excitement of epic …

Revenge is a good one I always forget about, good on ya, Arsheesh. He's right, if the PC's piss off the right people, there can definitely be a lot of interesting skirmishes that lead to an epic encounter.

Would LOVE a horizontal line between adventure log entries!
May 2010
I played around with this a bit, as I've never used the more tag. No, you can't use the command after the more tag. You can use it before, and it will place the "more" command under the separator line. I think it still looks nice and keeps your log…
