Colspan
One thing I would like reintroduced would be colspan for tables.
It is one of those weird things where sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Currently if you save something with colspan it gets ignored as you can see. I have the colspan here

But when i save it and inspect the code there is no colspan.

Any chance of this being fixed? Is there any reason colspan was blocked in the first place?
This would appear to be a bug rather than an intentional blockage of some variety. In doing some tests I can see that colspan is working normally when done via Textile, but is problematic when done via HTML.
I'm on the case. I'll post an update as soon as I have one.
