Base Page?
I have a series of planets listed in my wiki. They wuse the same format over and over. Is there a way to start a new page with a set template?

Can you provide a link? And do you mean a template for each page to look different or to actually make them all uniform?
While there isn't a page template feature available at the present (note the 'at the present part'), you can set your pages up to work with the CSS to similar effect. Build things inside of div elements and that can become your template, and then just style it in the custom CSS area and it'll do it for all of them.
