I am trying to upload a draft map onto a campaign I’m in. The map is well under the maximum size, both in pixels measurements and in total storage space. Yet I cannot upload. How can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Folgha, can you please email us the picture support@obsidianportal.com. Also, is there a message displayed when the upload doesn’t work?

Certainly I can; the email is on its way.

The message I get is: “An error occurred while uploading the image. Perhaps it was over 500k?” The file, however, is 184k.

I have the same problem, it keeps saying the same thing, the picture is smaller then suggested and the size is also smaller than 500k, and i get the same message as Folgha..

I have not mailed, i await an solution or an go ahead and mail me :)

It’s a problem with how the java code for the site is programmed. It’s not properly handling IE browser uploads:

I posted an update last night to the map uploads, which hopefully will finally resolve this issue… Please go ahead and try to upload your maps again and let us know the results…
